From your first message to the last dance, here’s exactly what booking a full-service silent disco with us looks like.
1. Check Your Date
Fill out the form below with your date, time, and location. Because we travel to every event—and often run several in a day—availability depends on the calendar, so we’ll check ours and reply quickly with options and pricing.
2. Lock It In
If your date’s open, we’ll send a link to secure it with a credit card. Booking for a school, camp, or company with its own payment process? No problem—we’re happy to work with POs and institutional billing.
3. Pick Your Jams
Your event runs our three DJ-mixed channels—radio-clean and tuned for your crowd. Got must-play songs? Send them in advance and we’ll work them in.
4. We Arrive & Set Up
Your host shows up with everything: headphones, transmitters, and the music, ready to go. Indoors or outdoors, gym or backyard—we work with the space you have.
5. Party Time
Your host runs the show from start to finish—keeping energy high, managing the tech, and breaking out silent-disco games whenever the group calls for them. You relax, snap photos, and hang with your guests.
6. We Pack Up, You Take Credit
When the hour’s up, we handle teardown and load-out. You get the compliments, the photos, and zero cleanup.

- Capacity: headphones come in blocks of 50, from backyard parties to school-wide events with hundreds of dancers
